Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Eymen Demirol (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Reduct mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Reduct does

You describe something you are putting off. The app uses an AI language model to generate a single, very small next physical action, together with a deliberately blunt sentence about it. You tell the app whether you did it or need it made smaller, and it generates the next one.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, sub-license, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13, and at least the age of digital consent where you live, to use Reduct. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

4. Your account

Reduct creates an anonymous account for you automatically. There is no username and no password. That account is tied to your app installation: if you delete and reinstall the app, or move to a new device, you receive a new account, and any content stored under the old one is no longer reachable from the app. A paid subscription can be brought across with Restore Purchases.

You may delete your account and all its content at any time from Settings → Delete account and data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Reduct includes a limited free allowance of three generated interventions. Continued use after that requires an auto-renewable subscription, offered at the following durations:

The following terms apply to every plan:

• The exact price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm, and is the price that applies. Prices may differ by region and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings, not inside Reduct. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We do not process refunds.
• Any unused part of a free period, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to attempt to make it produce unlawful content.
• Interfere with, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass the free-tier limit, the paywall, rate limits, or any other technical restriction.
• Access the service other than through the app — for example by scripting its API or automating account creation.
• Upload content that violates someone else's rights, or that you have no right to share.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, or that threatens the security or cost of the service.

7. AI-generated content

The tasks and sentences shown to you are generated automatically by a language model. They are suggestions. They can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or badly judged, and they do not represent our advice or opinion. You decide whether to act on them, and you are responsible for what you do.

Do not act on a suggestion that would be unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to you or anyone else. You can report a response you consider harmful from Settings → Report a harmful response.

Your input remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service: to store your input and to transmit it to our AI provider so a response can be generated. We do not use your input to train models.

8. Availability

Reduct depends on network access and on third-party services. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and stop charging subscriptions.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under the consumer law of your country of residence, and nothing here overrides them.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and execution offices of Kocaeli have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
